- What is an agentic AI agency?
- An agentic AI agency designs, builds and operates AI agents — software that perceives, reasons, plans and takes action on tools and systems on your behalf. Unlike a chatbot, an agent executes multi-step work: it reads, decides, calls APIs, writes back, and reports. BASTARDS INC.® builds these systems end-to-end for operators, founders and brands in the Benelux and beyond.
- How is this different from a traditional AI consultancy?
- Traditional AI consultancies advise. We ship. We design the agent, wire it into your tools (CRM, ERP, inbox, data warehouse, MCP servers), evaluate it against your real work, and stay on as operators. The deliverable is a working agent in production — not a slide deck.
- What kind of agents do you build?
- Revenue agents (lead qualification, outreach, deal triage), operations agents (back-office automation, RFP and tender response, document processing), research agents (market, legal, M&A), creative agents (brand, copy, asset production), and bespoke vertical agents for real estate, hospitality and retail.
- Which models and frameworks do you use?
- We are model- and framework-agnostic. We work with frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, route through gateways, and use open frameworks for orchestration, tool calling and MCP. The choice follows the use case, latency budget, data residency and cost target — not the other way around.
- How do you handle data, privacy and EU AI Act compliance?
- We default to EU data residency, no training on customer data, scoped tool permissions, full audit trails and human-in-the-loop on irreversible actions. We map each agent to the relevant EU AI Act risk class and document it. Belgian entity, GDPR-native.
- How long does an agentic AI project take?
- A focused pilot ships in 2–4 weeks: one workflow, one agent, measurable outcome. Production rollouts with evals, monitoring and human handoff typically run 6–12 weeks. We work in tight sprints with a single decision-maker on your side.
- Where are you based and who do you work with?
